Scope: The expansion of Rocanville doubled production capacity to five million tonnes per year and made it one of the largest underground potash mines in the world. CLAC members employed by Westwood Electric were responsible for the headframe and hoist electrical. Members employed by Canonbie completed the mechanical and piping installation in the Slimes Building, and areas for raw ore handling. Nason built the oil fuel building. Westwood completed the underground electrical installations and Ames did the pilings work.
